Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

This policy explains what personal information SLOPCORE.ARMY collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers slopcore.army (the store, the WATCH archive and SLOPCORE TV) and our forum at forum.slopcore.army. The Site is run by SLOPCORE.ARMY, 📍 515 N Sam Houston Pkwy E Ste 165, Houston, TX 77060, USA.

What we collect

When you order: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, the items you buy, and your order history. Your payment details are entered with our payment provider; we don't receive or store your full card number.
When you create a store account: your name, email, phone number and password (stored in encrypted form), plus your wish list, saved addresses and newsletter choice.
When you contact us: your name, email address and whatever you write to us.
When you join the forum: your username, email address, password (stored in encrypted form), and anything you post. Forum posts and your username are public.
Automatically: like most websites, our servers record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. The store also records the IP address used to place an order, to help prevent fraud.

How we use it

To process, make, ship and support your orders, including sending order confirmations and tracking emails.
To answer your questions and handle returns, reprints and refunds.
To run your account and the forum.
To send our newsletter, only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To keep the Site secure, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the Site, and only as much as they need:

Printify and its print providers, who make your order. They receive your name, shipping address, the items ordered, and, where needed for delivery, your phone number or email.
Shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS or FedEx), who deliver your package.
Our payment provider, PayPal, which processes your payment under its own privacy policy.
Our web host, Inventive Hosting, which stores the Site and its data.
Authorities, if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Cookies

The store uses a few cookies that it needs to work: a session cookie that keeps your cart and login, and cookies that remember your chosen currency and language. We don't use advertising cookies.

Videos from X

The WATCH archive and SLOPCORE TV play videos using X's (formerly Twitter's) official embedded player. When you load those pages, your browser connects to X, and X may collect information and set its own cookies under the X Privacy Policy. We don't host the videos and don't receive information about what you watch from X.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal reasons (generally 7 years). We keep account and forum information until you ask us to delete it, though forum posts that others have quoted may remain. Contact form messages are kept for up to 2 years.

Your choices and rights

You can update your store account details at any time under My Account. You can also ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, including some US states, you may have additional rights under local law. Email si@slopcore.army and we'll reply within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Security

The Site uses HTTPS encryption, and passwords are stored in hashed form. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

The Site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
