Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use slopcore.army, including the store, the WATCH archive, SLOPCORE TV, and the forum at forum.slopcore.army (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by SLOPCORE.ARMY ("we", "us"), 📍 515 N Sam Houston Pkwy E Ste 165, Houston, TX 77060, USA. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. To place an order, you must tick the box at checkout confirming that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
Products are printed on demand by our print partner, Printify, and its print providers. Colors on screen can look slightly different from the printed item, and print placement can vary slightly.
You must give a correct, complete shipping address. See our Delivery Information for shipping times and costs.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars by default. You can also view prices in euros (€) or British pounds (£) using the currency menu. Your order is charged in the currency shown at checkout, and your bank or card issuer may add its own conversion fees.
Shipping and any applicable sales tax are added at checkout and shown before you pay.
Checkout accepts PayPal only. Through PayPal you can pay with your PayPal balance, Venmo (where available), or a major credit or debit card. We don't offer cash on delivery. Payment is processed by PayPal; we don't see or store your full card number.
We may change prices at any time, but a change won't affect an order we've already confirmed.

3. Cancellations

Because each item is made to order, production can start soon after you pay. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has gone into production, we can't cancel it.

4. Returns, reprints and refunds

Every item is made just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or if you ordered the wrong size or color. Please check the size guide before you order.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a refund. You won't need to send the item back.

We can't offer a free replacement for:

a wrong or incomplete address entered at checkout;
a size or color you chose but would now like to change;
small size differences (under 1 inch) from the size guide, or small differences in print placement.

If a package is lost in transit, see the "Late, lost or damaged packages" section of our Delivery Information. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show it. To report a misprint or damage, contact us or email si@slopcore.army with your order number and a photo.

5. Accounts

You can check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.

6. The WATCH archive and SLOPCORE TV

The WATCH archive and SLOPCORE TV show videos posted on X by their original creators. Every video plays through X's official embedded player and links back to the creator's post. We don't host, copy or re-upload these videos, and they belong to their creators. X's own terms apply when you watch them. If you're a creator and want a video added or removed, post in the forum or contact us, and we'll act on it promptly.

7. The forum

When you post on forum.slopcore.army, you keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to display it on the forum. Your posts are public. Please don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, spam, or anything that infringes someone else's rights, and don't share other people's personal information. We may edit or remove posts and suspend accounts that break these rules. You must be at least 13 years old to create a forum account.

8. Our content and trademarks

The SLOPCORE.ARMY name, logos, product designs and the Site's own text and graphics belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or sell them without our permission. The name "Slopcore" was coined by @anabology, and we credit him and everyone in tech who came before him.

9. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, email us at si@slopcore.army with a link to the material, a description of your work, and your contact details. We'll review it and remove the material if appropriate.

10. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and working, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. Nothing on this Site, including our links to IF.FINANCE, is financial advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in place when you placed them.
